The Villarreal – Tatum wedding was “The Boss” of weddings at Innsbrook Country Club in Merrillville, Indiana with a 219 Productions disc jockey.
Rick Ross “The Boss” made a special appearance late at night when the disc jockey played “The Boss.” Maybe not actually Rick Ross, but a good look-alike. Before the appearance everyone had a chance to dance to a number of different genres of music to include salsa, bachata, disco, Motown, and even a new hit Gangnam Style by Psy.
The wedding ceremony was completely custom as the bride and groom picked out what was said and what happened. They had many traditions there to include the lasso, jumping the broom, las arras (the exchange of coins), the unity cross, hand fasting, giving flowers to the parents, and they even gave each other a gift of a rose to show the love for each other.
There also was an anniversary dance where we found out the grooms grandparents were married for 44 years and they actually shared their secrets (it’s no longer a secret) to a successful marriage. Soul train lines, a train, and plenty of people, including the disc jockey, showed off dance moves as they concluded the night with “Celebration.”
