Memory lane was full of people taking a stroll through the past at The Center for Visual and Performing Arts, as the Highland High School Class of 2004 met up and rekindled old friendships and made new ones at their ten-year reunion.
Guests checked in and received name tags so they could recognize each other after all the years apart. A selfie station was set up with fun school colored props for people to wear. Yearbooks littered the tables for all to enjoy, prompting smiles and some laughs.
Food was a yummy grouping of greasy favorites like sliders, pizza, pigs in a blanket and tater tots. Mr. Huber’s “snack cabinet” was a fun simple candle table for guests to enjoy decked out with Jolly Ranchers, Capri Suns and various sweets. The memory table brought light to the wonderful folks from the class who had passed on since highschool, but were not forgotten.
A 6th anniversary shout-out was given to a couple celebrating that night, as guests mingled in and out of the open bar. The DJ pulled out some older jams from the 2000-2004 era, bringing everyone back to their teen years. At the end of the night a large group photo was taken before guests departed, taking with them enough memories for the next ten years!
