Christina and Sergio’s Sparks Fly | Avalon Manor | Wedding DJ

Christina and Sergio had sparks flying at their wedding and reception! From the ceremony at Avalon Manor’s west gazebo to the reception in the west ballroom they gleamed and glistened. Their grand entrances, mint green and pink uplighting, sports themed photo booth, sparkler sendoff, White Sox dollar dance, dessert table, and a surprise proposal will go down in wedding history.

Walking out of the ceremony with huge smiles to “It Takes Two” Christina and Sergio kicked off the party which was later to come. During the ceremony they shared vows and a unity heart sharing their faith in Christ with each other.

Photobooth Avalon Manor WeddingOne wouldn’t even know they walked into the Avalon after the ceremony. White chair covers with mint sashes, centerpieces with pink floating flowers and silver rose candles in 3 vases, gray table runners, mint and pink uplighting around the room, 3 tier cake with a trail of flowers, dessert table and more made the room shine! Cinnabons as favors made for a great appetizer or late night snack. The homemade desserts had a display of chocolate covered strawberries, fruit salad, pistachio pudding, peanut butter balls, chocolate mousse and cake bites.

Grand entrances were personal, funny, and informational as each wedding party couple danced into their own song after a few words by the DJ. Sergio and his mother kicked off dancing with a special mix of the mother-son dance as the dj changed the uplighting colors on the dance floor and spotlighted the first dances.Avalon Manor Wedding Cake

Signs came out reading “will you marry me” as a groomsmen got down on one knee after the bouquet was handed off to his new fiance. They shared a special dance to “Los Lobos – We Belong Together” after everyone erupted into cheering and jumping as he proposed.

Chicago sports themed photo strips printed out for guests to leave a copy in the memory book. Some of the favorite props of the night were the blow up guitars, boom box, the hot dog hat, and championship belt.

A sparkler send-off was the only way we could have capped a night this amazing off. Guests lined up on each side with sparklers shimmering as Christina and Sergio made their grand exit in style!
